Friday Favourite


I can't believe its Friday already, feels like yesterday I wrote my last Friday favourite :). Anyway, this week I thought I would share my favourite workouts.


 
Jillian Michaels ~ Killer Buns & Thighs and Ripped in 30. I couldn't pick just one, I 'Love' both of these. I say 'Love' they are great but seriously they are hard!!

 
These workouts are only 30 mins long, which is great if you don't have much time.
 
Killer Buns & Thighs, Is a KILLER!!! ;) its a great one to do for Leg day.
