Fitness Journey Update (2014/5 Progress Pic)

I haven't done many, if any Progress Pictures last year. Mainly because I've been taking pictures for my Yoga challenges. I've been seeing improvements through them.
Like the beginning of last year, I've put the outfit on again to see if there is any differences.

I still remember that day, when I finally 'squeezed' into this outfit, I was so happy! I don't have a before picture when I was bigger then this, sometimes I wish I did, just so I can see I far I have actually come.


I'm so proud of myself, seeing how far I have come. But, comparing my progress picture to last years, I think I look slimmer in 2014? But I know I'm not, but then I look at the bottoms and I can see the bottoms are looser in the 2015 picture. Plus I think the angle is different.


The best thing I've done is give up with the 'Weightloss Journey' completely and just focus on improving my overall health and fitness. Even though I no longer focus on the scales. Last year I finally got rid of all the weight  Fat I gained (Health and Fitness post). I'm finally fitting into all my old clothes in my wardrobe, okay,not all, there are still some that I found tight before the weight gain and with some of my clothes, I'm finding are getting too big :) Yay for me ;).

With my workouts, I've finally found something that works for me and that's Yoga. I've witnessed my body change so much in the short amount of time since I've started yoga than I have the past 2-3 years since my 'journey' started. I recommend for everyone to try it. I'm probably sounding like a broken record. But, my fitness journey is mainly now Yoga and a little bit of weight training.

My diet/lifestyle is well, I like to say mainly Vegan. But, I can't say that because I still eat eggs so I have no idea what to call it ;) and obviously still Gluten Free :(. Its been 'fun' changing my diet and experimenting with recipes, Its actually helped me learn more about nutrition :). I seriously can't put in to words the feeling I get when I find out I CAN eat something, lol, seriously I miss so much food. Luckily brands are being more specific with there labelling. Some brands just mention vinegar in the ingredients, I need to know what vinegar they have used. So that's a Big Thumbs up  :) 


I said last year in a previous post, I want to start Jogging again ~ That never happened, I find it really boring. But, I do really need to work on my Cardio. That's one of my goals for this year ~ Improve my cardio. I've finally (after 6 years) got my bike at my flat, so hopefully my man and I can go on bike rides.

For 2015 I don't have many goals. Just carry on with my Yoga practice. I'm looking forward to seeing quite a few (okay, lets be honest) Lots of progress pictures. My top Yoga goal was to be able to do a Headstand this year, That, I have now achieved :) but it does need improving, So I'm now changing my goal to aim for a Handstand. And Cardio, I really need want to improve my cardio, seriously its embarrassing.
